Responsibilities:

1. Manage set-up of Perak Depot, staffing, all relevant licensing, facilities readiness to comply with all laws and regulations.
2. Ensure all MPOB, local municipal licenses are in good order and strictly comply to the government bodies’ and ISCC regulations.
3. Ensure all environment, health and safety regulations are strictly observed.
4. Manage all used cooking oil (UCO) collection and collector activities.
5. Acquisition of all businesses with UCO to dispose with FatHopes Energy.
6. Plan and assign daily collection routes to optimise vehicle utilisation and collection volume.
7. Manage PUSH participants’ performance and render guidance and support.
8. Generate timely report daily, weekly and monthly to HQ.
9. Maintain all company documents in good order and securely.
10. Manage feedbacks, requests or complaints by our customers, and provide satisfactory solutions.
11. Manage and ensure good customer service standards.

Criteria:

1. Possess minimum a diploma or equivalent.
2. 2 years’ experience in logistics industry.
3. Candidates without the above academic qualifications but with experience in the logistics or F&B industries will also be considered.
4. Possess good computer skills and IT savvy.
