Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing all social media content while analyzing performance and driving engagement. This role combines creativity with analytics to ensure FatHopes Energy’s social presence aligns with its mission and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
– Develop compelling and engaging social media content for multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
– Collaborate with design and video teams to create visuals, videos, and interactive content.
– Craft messaging that aligns with FatHopes Energy’s brand voice and sustainability mission.
Social Media Management
– Manage daily posting, scheduling, and publishing across platforms.
– Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions.
– Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and tone across all channels.
Analytics and Reporting
– Track social media performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
– Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
– Use analytics to inform content strategy and campaign adjustments.
Campaign Management
– Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
– Coordinate with internal teams for campaign approvals and alignment with marketing initiatives.
– Optimize campaigns based on performance data and feedback.
Trend Research
– Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools.
– Identify creative opportunities to enhance audience engagement and brand presence.
– Benchmark against industry best practices and competitor activity.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
– 3+ years experience in social media management or digital marketing.
– Strong content creation skills including writing, visuals, and video.
– Proficiency in social media tools and platforms (Facebook Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
– Excellent communication, storytelling, and organizational skills.
– Analytical mindset with ability to interpret social media metrics and trends.

Corporate Finance & M&A Strategy Lead is a leadership role at FatHopes Energy responsible for driving strategic planning, business expansion, and commercial activities. The ideal candidate will leverage deep expertise in corporate finance, business planning, and performance reporting to scale the business, optimize financial strategies, and support sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Finance
Financial Modelling & Strategy:
– Develop comprehensive financial models and simulations to forecast business performance and support strategic decisions.
– Optimize capital structure and conduct investment analysis to underpin financial strategy
Fundraising & M&A:
– Lead fundraising initiatives by engaging with investors and financial institutions to secure capital for growth.
– Oversee mergers & acquisitions (M&A) activities, including identifying targets, conducting due diligence, negotiating deals, and executing transactions.
Business Planning
Strategic Expansion:
– Develop, implement, and oversee long-term business strategies to drive market expansion and enhance profitability.
– Analyze market trends and operational data to craft actionable business plans.
Market Development:
– Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including country expansion, joint ventures (JVs), and key account acquisition.

Reporting & Analysis:
– Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or CFA/CA certification is a plus.
