About the Opportunity
FatHopes Energy invites leading financial institutions, investment banks, and boutique advisory firms to express their interest in an upcoming RFP process to lead a USD 100–150 million capital raise.
This project is more than a capital raise. It is an opportunity to play a defining role in one of the region’s most strategic energy transition initiatives. The refinery will contribute to decarbonizing aviation while unlocking long-term value in a rapidly expanding sustainable energy sector.
How to Participate
Interested parties are requested to complete and submit the registration form by 19 April 2026. All submissions will be treated with strict confidentiality. Shortlisted participants will be notified and granted access to RFP documentation upon signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
