Promotion Period

• Promotion runs from 1 August 2026 to 31 August 2026

Eligibility

• Open to new FatHopes Recycle App users only.
• Open to all nationalities aged 18 years and above.
• Existing registered users are not eligible.
• Each participant is entitled to one promotional reward only.

Promotion Mechanics

• Download the FatHopes Recycle App and sign-up a new account during the promotion period.
• Enter the Sign-Up Code: FHEAUG during registration.
• Receive 200 Bonus FatPoints (RM2 equivalent) immediately upon successful registration.
• Complete your first Used Cooking Oil (UCO) recycling transaction within 30 days of your registration date.
• Upon successful completion of your first UCO recycling, receive an additional 100 Bonus FatPoints (RM1 equivalent), which will be credited immediately.

Rewards

• 200 Bonus FatPoints = RM2
• 100 Bonus FatPoints = RM1 3
• Current conversion rate: 100 FatPoints = RM1

Cash Out

• Minimum balance required for cash out is 500 FatPoints & above.
• Cash out requests will be processed within 7 working days, subject to verification.
• FatPoints are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged between user accounts.

Recycling Requirements

• There is no minimum UCO recycling volume required to qualify for the additional 100 Bonus FatPoints.
• Only eligible UCO recycling transactions completed through the FatHopes Recycle App will qualify.

General Terms

• FatHopes Energy reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
• Any fraudulent, duplicate or suspicious registrations may be disqualified without prior notice.
• FatHopes Energy reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this promotion, or revise these Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice.
• Decisions made by FatHopes Energy relating to this promotion are final.
